We are PCI compliant. All online orders are processed safely and secure through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security. (www.stripe.com) All credit card / debit card : VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER data entered through the checkout payment form is securely sent directly through Stripe‘s private encrypted servers. Doing this further protects your personal and private information.

From the Stripe Security Policy : ” Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.”

 

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS
• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection

We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

 

Encryption of sensitive data and communication

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.). ” – Stripe.com/security/stripe

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed immediately upon payment. You will receive welcome email automatically and can begin your course immediately.  You have 1-year from purchase to access the course and its contents, even after course completion. All of our courses are On Demand and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device 365 days per year. 

 

Shipping & Handling Delivery Policy

Our products are online only and as such there are no shipping and handling related to your our products. Delivery is supported through our online website at www.velocity360training.com.  Typically, our order processing time is less than 1 hour or less, but this may vary based internet speeds and user access speeds and the number of students/courses purchased. 

 

Exchanges and Returns Policy

All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.
